The owners are proposing to vary Section 2.12(2)(d) of the Rural Sicamous Land Use Bylaw No. 2000 as follows:
- Minimum setback from the front parcel boundary from 4.5 m to 1.87 m, only for the deck, and from 4.5 m to 4.09 m, only for the eaves of the house;
- Minimum setback from the south interior side parcel boundary from 2.0 m to 0.84 m, only for the deck, from 2.0 m to 1.74 m, only for the eaves of the house, and from 2.0 m to 1.87 m, only for the wooden patio.
