What is Electoral Area 'C' Official Community Plan Amendment (Ron Lindblad) Bylaw No. 725-10?
Bylaw No. 725-10 proposes to amend the Electoral Area 'C' Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 725 (Bylaw No. 725) text to recognize current development densities permitted on the subject property. The current development on the site is 6 detached dwelling units with a density of 27.9 units per ha.

What is South Shuswap Zoning Amendment (Ron Lindblad) Bylaw No. 701-89?
Bylaw No. 701-89 proposes to amend South Shuswap Zoning Bylaw No. 701 by deleting the current site specific regulations in the Cluster Housing - 2 CH2 zone and replacing them with new site specific regulations on the subject properties, Strata Lots 1 to 6, Section 15, Township 22, Range 11, West of the 6th Meridian, Kamloops Division, Yale District, Strata Plan EPS162, only, as shown hatched on the following sketch:
