BL830-19 proposes to amend the Electoral Area F Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 830 by changing the designation of, Lots 2 and 3, Section 9, Township 23, Range 10, west of the 6th Meridian, Kamloops Division Yale District, Plan 4002, located at 1946 Bristow Road, from SSA – Secondary Settlement Area to PK - Parks and Protected Areas; and
BL900-24 proposes to amend the Lakes Zoning Bylaw No. 900 by rezoning the foreshore adjacent to Lots 2 and 3, Section 9, Township 23, Range 10, west of the 6th Meridian, Kamloops Division Yale District, Plan 4002, located at 1946 Bristow Road, from FR1 – Foreshore Residential 1 to FP – Foreshore Park;

The proposed bylaw amendments are required to allow development of a waterfront park and community boat launch.

Who should attend? Anyone who believes that their interest in property is affected by the proposed bylaw amendments, shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard or to present written submissions respecting matters contained in the Bylaw at the Public Hearing.

How do I send a written submission? Written submissions will be accepted at the CSRD until 4:00 PM on July 31st, 2018 or may be submitted until the close of the Public Hearing. The Board of the CSRD considers the author's name and residential address relevant to the Board's consideration of this matter and should be included in your Submission. The author's phone number and email address are not relevant to the Board’s consideration of this matter and should not be included in the written submission. Written submissions received by the CSRD are subject to public disclosure and a copy may be provided to the applicant.
