Parson Community Recreation Park has a regulation-sized skating rink and sledding hill, which are popular with families throughout the winter months. There is a new warming hut and outdoor picnic shelter, fire pit and lights for evening use of the rink. A concession stand was also added and would be available for use during community events. 

Community members looking to use the concession should apply for a park permit online. Parking, vault toilets and picnic tables are maintained and available for year-round use.

This park is leased by the CSRD from Canadian Forest Products Ltd. (CanFor).

Please note: The operation of the rinks is dependent on weather and safety conditions, so rinks may be closed without advance notice.
