Subdivision Servicing Bylaw No. 641

A bylaw to regulate and require the provision of services in respect of subdivision within the Columbia Shuswap Regional District.

This consolidated bylaw is not intended to be used for legal purposes.

The term “consolidated bylaw” simply means that the document represents the bylaw in its most recently amended form.  The consolidated bylaw consists of the original, or base, bylaw and current amendments which have been made to the base bylaw.

District of Sicamous

Sicamous is a district municipality in British Columbia located adjacent to the Trans-Canada Highway at the Highway 97A junction, where Mara Lake empties into Shuswap Lake via a short narrows. Sicamous is a resort town and is the eastern gateway to the Shuswap. With over 1,000 km of shoreline surrounding Sicamous it styles itself as the Houseboat Capital of Canada.
