About the Park

The Whitehead Road Boat Launch is a popular location in the South Shuswap for boaters to access the lake. Be advised there is no overnight parking or camping at the site.

Temporary Closure

Due to low water levels, the Harbour Road Boat Launch is closed effective March 24, 2023 until further notice.

Directions

  1. Turn north off the Trans-Canada Highway at Balmoral Road.
  2. Proceed north on Balmoral Road until it turns into Eagle Bay Road.
  3. Follow Eagle Bay Road approximately 22.8 kilometres to 4325 Whitehead Road.
