When the building was constructed in 2007 it did not comply with the height and setback requirements of the R2 - Medium Density Residential Zone. The owners have applied to vary these setbacks through a Development Variance Permit as follows:
- Minimum setback from the front parcel line from 5 metre to 4.6 metre;
- Maximum height for principal building and structure from 11.0 metre to 13.3 metre
