Declaration of Election by Voting and Declaration of Election by Acclamation

The Chief Election Officer has released a Declaration of Election by Voting for the Office of Director in Electoral Areas C, D, E and F.

 A Declaration of Election by Acclamation for Electoral Areas A, B and G and the Office of School Trustee School District No. 6 has also been issued. 

Declaration of Election By Acclamation

Electoral Area Directors elected by acclamation include: 

  • Karen Cathcart, Electoral Area A (Rural Golden)
  • David Brooks-Hill, Electoral Area B (Rural Revelstoke)
  • Natalya Melynchuk, Electoral Area G (Blind Bay, Sorrento, Notch Hill)

School District No. 6 (Area 1) Trustees elected by acclamation include:

  • Scott King
  • Jane Fearing
  • Rhonda (Hamilton) Smith

Declaration of Election By Voting

As the period for election challenges and withdrawals has expired, an election by voting will be held in the CSRD's Electoral Areas C, D, E, and F.
