The owner of the subject property is proposing to vary the east interior side parcel boundary setback from 2.0 metres to 0.10 metres to recognize the existing reconstructed deck and to vary the parcel coverage from 30% to 34.6% to allow for a new accessory building and breezeway connecting the accessory building to the house. It is also proposed to recognize the location of the existing single family dwelling within the west interior side parcel boundary from 2.0 metres to 0.54 metres, only for the eaves of the single family dwelling, and from 2.0 metres to 1.51 metres, only for the exterior wall of the single family dwelling.
