The subject properties are located at 7644 Granite Place in Anglemont of Electoral Area F and is legally described as Parcel B (Being a Consolidation of Lots 2 and 3, see LB388716) and Lot 11 Section 15 Township 23 Range 9 West of the 6th Meridian Kamloops Division Yale District Plan 18288 more particularly shown on the location map below:

The owners are proposing an addition to the single family dwelling on Property 1 (Parcel B) and constructing an accessory building on Property 2 (Lot 11). The owners have requested two variances for the proposed addition to the single family dwelling:
Reduce the minimum setback from the front parcel boundary from 5 metres to 0.79 metres; and
Reduce the minimum setback for eaves and gutters from 1.0 metres to 0.40 metres.
The owners have also requested the following variances for the proposed accessory building:
Reduce the minimum front parcel boundary from 5 metres to 1.2 metres;
Reduce the minimum setback for eaves and gutters from 1.0 metres to 0.70 metres
Increase the maximum permitted floor area from 55 m2 to 84.84 m2; and
Increase the maximum permitted height from 6 metres to 7.36 metres;

Written submissions will be accepted at the CSRD until 4 pm on Tuesday, May 18, 2021.
