What is Development Variance Permit Number 641-41A (DVP641-41A)?
The subject properties are located on Thomas Road in the Parson area of Electoral Area A and are legally described as Lot A, Section 34, Township 24, Range 20, West of the 5th Meridian, Kootenay District, Plan 17726, and LS 2, Section 34, Township 24, Range 20, West of the 5th Meridian, Kootenay District Except Plan NEP75228. Lot A is at 4150 Thomas Road and LS 2 has no address. These properties are more particularly shown on the location map below:

The owners of the subject properties have made application for a boundary adjustment subdivision which would realign the boundary between the two properties so that an existing disc golf course that currently straddles the two lots would be located entirely on the property located at 4150 Thomas Road. Please see the sketch of the proposed subdivision included on Page 3 of this notice. They have also made a Development Variance Permit application requesting that all servicing requirements related to sanitary sewage disposal, access to property and proof of water be waived for this proposed subdivision.
