The subject property is located south of the City of Revelstoke in Electoral Area B on Airport Way. The owners would like to operate a vacation rental on the property which is currently not a permitted use in the Small Holdings zone. The property owners have therefore applied for a TUP to allow a four-bedroom vacation rental. TUPs are issued for three years, renewable once.
