The owners of the subject property would like to use shipping containers for use as a mini-storage facility on the subject property. The property is zoned ID1 - Industrial in Ranchero / Deep Creek Zoning Bylaw Number 751 (Bylaw Number 751). The ID1 zone does not currently permit mini-storage. The owners have applied to amend Bylaw Number 751 to add mini-storage as a permitted use to the ID1 Zone. They have also applied for a Temporary Use Permit so that they can begin operating the business while the bylaw amendment is being processed. This notice is for the Temporary Use Permit.
