What is Temporary Use Permit Number 850-06 (TUP850-06 Renewal)?

The subject property is located at 4762 Airport Way in South Revelstoke of Electoral Area B and is more particularly shown on the location map below. TUP850-06 was issued on May 30, 2018 and expires on May 30, 2021. The applicant has applied to renew Temporary Use Permit Number 850-06 for another 3-year term to continue operating a vacation rental business. The subject property contains a modular home and a cabin. TUP850-06 permits vacation rentals in both dwellings.

How do I send a written submission about this permit application?

Written submissions will be accepted at the CSRD until 4 pm on Monday, May 10, 2021 The CSRD considers the author's name and residential address relevant to the consideration of this matter and should be included in your submission. The author's phone number and email address are not relevant to the consideration of this matter and should not be included in the written submission. Written submissions received by the CSRD are subject to public disclosure and a copy may be provided to the applicant. Please clearly write "TUP Submission - TUP850-06" on your submission. Written submissions may be submitted to the CSRD planning email or to the address above.

Where and when will the permit be considered for issuance?

As per Development Services Procedures Bylaw Number 4001-2, Section 10.2.1 Temporary Use Permit renewals may be considered by the Manager. The Manager will consider issuing the permit after Monday, May 10, 2021. The outcome of the applications will be made available to any interested member of the public by emailing Planning or by contacting the member of the planning staff listed below.
