The owner of the subject property is proposing to subdivide the subject property into two parcels. Proposed Lot 1 has an adequate source of groundwater. The Remainder parcel is proposed to be serviced with surface water from Moberly Creek. Moberly Creek is not on the list of eligible sources of surface water in Subdivision Servicing Bylaw Number 641 and a Development Variance Permit is required to allow the use of this surface water source.
