What is Development Variance Permit No. 680-02A (DVP680-02A)?
The subject property is located at 2535 Kettleston Road in the Blaeberry area of Electoral Area A and is more particularly shown on the location map below. The owners of 2535 of Kettleston Road have applied to subdivide their property into two separate lots. The owners have proposed to utilize a surface water source on the property for Lot 2 of the proposed subdivision. The owners have been issued a water license from the province for 2.0 cubic metres (2000 litres) per day from Parcela Creek. However, this water source is not a recognized surface water source in Schedule B of Subdivision Servicing Bylaw No. 680. Therefore, a variance is requested to allow Parcela Creek to be used as a surface water source for Lot 2 of the proposed subdivision.
