The subject waterfront property is located in Blind Bay at 2434 Bessette Road and is subject to Electoral Area C Official Community Plan Bylaw Number 725 and South Shuswap Zoning Bylaw Number 701. This application is for a reconstructed deck that is currently under construction and has been built within the 4.5 meter exterior parcel line setback on the subject property.
