The property owners are proposing a new accessory building with a secondary suite on the upper floor (see Scotch Creek/Lee Creek Zoning Amendment Bylaw Number 825-47 for information related to the rezoning application for the secondary dwelling on the property). The new accessory building will be over the maximum permitted height of 6 metres for an accessory building in the R1 zone. The property owners are proposing to vary the Scotch Creek/Lee Creek Zoning Bylaw Number 825 as follows:
