Development & Planning
The CSRD manages a broad range of land use and development approval processes, including but not limited to: Official Community Plans, Rezoning, Variance, Temporary Use Permit, Agricultural Land Reserve and Subdivision application referrals.
The Finance Department provides support to the Board of Directors regarding the management of the Regional District’s financial resources based on the regulations set out in the Local Government Act. It is responsible for services including asset management, bill payment, debt management, budgeting, payroll and revenue management.
