Most of the Columbia Shuswap Regional District's "outside services" fall under the auspices of the Environment & Engineering Services Department.  These services include:   Solid Waste Management Function, Region-wide Liquid Waste Management Planning, Electoral Areas 'C', 'E', 'F' and Seymour Arm.
