Important Note: In October 2008, Electoral Area 'B' Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 850 replaced Part I "Broad Objectives and Policies" of Rural Revelstoke Land Use Bylaw No. 2200.  Part II "Land Use Regulations" and Part III "General Provisions and Administration" remain in force.

New Area 'B' Zoning Bylaw currently under development:

The Columbia Shuswap Regional District is in the process of developing a new zoning bylaw for the entirety of Electoral Area 'B' including those areas already zoned.  The zoning bylaw will replace Rural Revelstoke Land Use Bylaw No. 2200 and will be consistent with the Electoral Area 'B' Official Community Plan.

The proposed "Electoral Area 'B' Zoning Bylaw No. 851" was presented to the Board on July 19, 2012 and received first reading. 

Public meetings to present the latest changes to the proposed zoning bylaw will take place during the summer of 2013.
