The proposal is to amend the HC – Highway Commercial zone to allow for inclusion of a site specific regulation for the subject property Lot 32, Section 11, Township 21, Range 8, West of the 6th Meridian, K.D.Y.D., Plan 27052, located at 623 Swanson Place, to restrict permitted uses to Special Residential, Recreational Vehicle Site and Accessory Use only on the subject property:

Who should attend? Anyone who believes that their interest in property is affected by the proposed bylaw amendment shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard or to present written submissions respecting matters contained in the Bylaw at the Public Hearing.

A copy of the proposed bylaw and relevant background documents may be inspected at the CSRD offices, 555 Harbourfront Drive NE, Salmon Arm, BC between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, beginning Wednesday, February 3, 2016 and ending Tuesday, February 23, 2016 but excluding Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays.
