What is Scotch Creek/Lee Creek Amendment (Pinegrove RV Park) Bylaw No. 825-38?

The subject property is located at 1131 Pine Grove Road in Scotch Creek of Electoral Area F.

The owners are applying to rezone their property From C1 - Commercial to CDF3 – Comprehensive Development 3 (Pinegrove) to allow the temporary and seasonal accommodation of recreational vehicles and park models; and to permit accessory buildings on the property. The property is currently being used for seasonal accommodation of recreational vehicles and park models.

Who should attend? Anyone who believes that their interest in property is affected by the proposed bylaw amendment, shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard or to present written submissions respecting matters contained in the Bylaw at the Public Hearing.

How do I send a written submission? Written submissions will be accepted at the CSRD until 4:00 PM on Tuesday January 21, 2020 or may be submitted until the close of the Public Hearing.
